As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems reported by Katchr customers.
You’ll join the existing Customer Success team of success managers, data analysts, support analysts and developers working collaboratively to provide Katchr customers with the best possible experiences of our solution.
As well as working closely with the team, you’ll also be in regular contact with the customers whose solutions you’re working on to understand their issues and provide timely resolutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
The number of years’ experience you have is less important to us than evidence of progression, an openness to learning, and a record of delivering results.
The Katchr solution is fully developed in-house and is based on a SQL database so ideally you will be competent at writing and understanding SQL code.

Our ideal candidate would be someone with great people skills, an aptitude for problem solving, and an understanding of law firm practice management systems.
The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate the desire, ability and aptitude to quickly learn the technical details of our complex product suite.
