Head of Sales
I’ve worked with law firms and their technology for over 25 years from design, delivery and implementation of IT infrastructure and software to running sales teams to support the business growth plan. It’s important to me that our clients receive high quality friendly service and outcome aligned to their business goals. I’m here to help support Katchr in its next phase of growth.
Niall Staward
Chief Technology Officer
Hi, I’m Niall. I’m responsible for our technical services team, including software development, installation and configuration. I hope you love our product and that it delivers great value to your business. The tech team and I will do our utmost to ensure your installation goes as smoothly as possible.
Julie Orme
Data Analyst
I’m a data analyst, which means I do everything and anything data-ish! My main duties are to ensure that we get all the data required from your Practice Management System to enable you to utilise this in an efficient way in Katchr. I also deal with any support issues that you may have, helping with the analytical diagnosis and supporting the timely resolution of the case.

Hi I’m Jayne Dopson and my role here at Katchr is an MI Consultant. You will see me quite regularly as part of the project team, making sure that every step of the way we are making sure your firm’s needs are met.

Hi, I’m John and I work in the technical team as a software developer. I’m usually found deep in the code that underpins Katchr in general, adding features or fixing things that aren’t working as they should.
Andrew Blondeau

Hi I’m Andrew. I’m mainly involved with developing the Katchr software & reports – improving features and creating new experiences. You’re likely to hear from me if you’re interested in bespoke reporting, software configuration or features to help you better achieve your goals with Katchr.

Hi, I’m another Andrew(!) and I’m the resident technical trouble-shooter. I like to work with customers to make our software more user-friendly, customise it to your requirements and to help fix any problems that you may encounter along the way.

Hello, my name is Josh and I love anything competitive! I play squash, video games and regularly enjoy board games with friends.
My role is mainly split between upgrading firms to the latest version of Katchr and the internal IT administration. I also help out with various projects
in our continuous improvement cycle, ensuring we continue to meet the highest security and data standards.
